Advanced training of field-based professionals

Through research and education in the field of the food service industry, our goal is to foster "global competitive professionals" and to cultivate field-level professionals with advanced practice such as sugar crafting, chocolate art, cake decoration, and dessert plating. We also fosters and supports becoming the best confectionery and baker in the field of confectionery and restaurants and provides successful employment and start-up opportunities.
