Department of Global Korean Cuisine in SSC was designated as "the Specialized College for Korean Cuisine " by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in 2012, to expand educational infrastructure, scholarships, foreign language education, and field training as the global demand for Korean food increased. Based on this demands of the times, we are training specialized and differentiated Korean cuisine professionals in line with the development of the restaurant industry, globalization policies for Korean food.
